The rates are for 2 people and include a full breakfast. There are no additional taxes. There is a two night minimum stay requirement on weekends - this can either be a Friday & Saturday night or a Saturday & Sunday night. You are welcome to inquire about last minute one-night- weekend availability.

The Sunset Room - $130 The Sunset Room is located on the second floor and has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Private bathroom means the bathroom is accessed from outside the room and it is for your personal use only. Fluffy robes are included for your use. There is an additional single bed available for an additional $30. The Sunrise Room - $150 The Sunrise Room is located on the second floor and has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional single bed available for an additional $30. As with the Sunset Room there is a built-in cushioned window bench overlooking the lake.	CLICK ON PHOTO TO ENLARGE
The Marmilwood Room - $150 The Marmilwood Room is located on the main floor and has a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The king bed can be rearranged as 2 single beds if desired. There is also a walkout to the Muskoka Room.	CLICK ON PHOTO TO ENLARGE
Extras - The Sunset and Sunrise rooms can accommodate a third person for an additional $30. which includes breakfast. There are no additional taxes on these rates.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night's room rate or 50% of stays more than 2 nights will guarantee your reservation. Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before date of reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Travelers Cheques.
