Tree tops Bed and Breakfast is a cozy three-story chalet, located on beautiful Lake Muskoka near the St. Elmo dock. Surrounded by majestic oak and pine trees on four acres of waterfront property with spectacular views, Tree Tops is a place of peace, both restorative and rejuvenating.
 Enjoy great swimming, canoeing, fishing or boating from our large lakefront dock. Or perhaps you may prefer to simply relax there, lulled by the soothing sounds of lapping water. In the evenings, glorious sunsets, brilliant starry skies and the haunting call of loons may draw you back to this favourite gathering place.
Tree Tops has three charming, comfortable guest rooms. The Pine Room, decorated in green and white, has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and French doors opening onto a balcony in the tree tops overlooking the lake.The Oak Room, with pink and green accents, has a queen-size bed while the cozy, twin-bedded Birch Room has access to the balcony overlooking the lake just outside its door. We book either the Oak Room or the Birch Room with private bathroom and sitting room.
A full breakfast usually begins with fresh fruit and hot biscuits served with homemade jams followed by Chef Ron's specialty dishes such as wild blueberry pancakes with local maple syrup, eggs Benedict with a creative twist or fresh herbs frittata. In the evening you may relax in the upstairs sitting room or be drawn to the main sitting room for lively conversation or quiet contemplation beside the cozy fire.

- Pine Room (King, ensuite) - $145.00
- Oak Room (Queen, private bath) - $135.00
or Birch Room (2 Twins, private bath) - $135.00
- Payment: Personal Cheque, Traveler's Cheque or Cash
- Restrictions: Minimum two night bookings. 7 day Cancellation Policy

DIRECTIONS TO B&B
Exit from Highway 11 to Highway 118 west for 4.5km to first traffic lights. Turn left onto Muskoka Road 16 (Beaumont Drive) just before the Wellington Street Bridge. Follow the signs to Pride of Muskoka Marina for 7.8km. Turn left at Tree Tops sign at Melandaw Lane. Follow private road to the end, bearing right at the bottom of hill to #1015 Melandaw Lane.
