Coprinus domesticus
"Domestic Coprinus"

This mushroom is called the Domestic Coprinus because it is often found on discarded vegetable matter near human houses. It fruits throughout the summer whenever enough moisture is available. They are often found under bird feeders growing in sunflower seed hulls.
