"Purple Spored Puffball"

These puffballs are the size of a softball, about 10 cm in diameter, and are always found on grass. The taste is good, very similar to the rare in Muskoka Giant Puffball, Calvatia gigantea. Slice and fry in butter a few minutes for a real treat!
