Reservations - A deposit of 50% on bookings of 2 or 3 days, and 33%
on bookings of 4 or more days
is required to hold a cottage. It is refundable if
notice of cancellation is received
30 days prior to the date of arrival, or prior
to June 1st for July or August Bookings
